Planning and design

The TNS Employee Insights Survey Team will partner with your Survey Design Team to plan all phases of the process. During this phase, our teams will address a wide array of issues including:

Implementation and administration

The TNS Employee Insights Survey Team will partner with your Survey Implementation Team to plan all phases of the survey administration and implementation process. For online surveys, We use a proprietary web-based system named Enterprise to administer, collect, process and report survey data. Enterprise can be fully integrated into any business' IT system platform, because no additional software is needed. Employees need only an internet connection to participate, and managers have immediate online access to their reports via a secure password protected site. Paper surveys also can be developed for survey administration, and we can also handle their distribution.

Reporting and analysis

A powerful feature of Enterprise is its reporting capability. In addition to the many pre-prepared reports it generates, managers have the ability to run ad hoc reports to look at specific groups on one report. The system also can incorporate year-to-year historical data into reports, enabling your managers to track performance improvements over time. Report profiles and verbatim comment reports will be posted online, using a secure, password-protected site. This ensures that individuals will see only the results they have authorization to view in the Online Report Center, available 24/7. Once the reports are posted, your managers will have the task of analyzing and interpreting the results. TNS Employee Insights provides online Help Guides to help identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, prioritize opportunities, identify trends and spot key issues. TNS Employee Insights consultants also are available to assist with analysis and interpretation.

Action planning and accountability

TNS Employee Insights will create a Survey Action Planning Guide to help managers develop action plans with their employees. Upon completion, We provide an online tool for managers to post action plans, track their progress, and take ownership of their results. To ensure accountability, we can create online Action Planning Status Reports for managers and executive management to track survey action planning progress. These reports will show which groups have developed action plans and which are lagging behind; the progress of action planning on a quarterly basis; and what items or categories are receiving the most attention. Understanding action planning activity helps management allocate resources toward areas most critical to success.
